U.S. Border Patrol Uses Music as Deterrent
20 03 2009I just read an article in the Washington Post http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/03/13/AR2009031304234.html where the U.S. Border Patrol is using music as a deterrent to keep Mexicans from crossing the border into the U.S. illegally. The U.S. government has paid an advertising agency to record Mexican folk songs about tragic border crossings. The cds have been distributed to Mexican radio stations near the border and they are actually playing the songs. whatzupwithat?

27 01 2009I was driving down 16th Ave in Nashville today. Robert Plant walked across the street right in front of my vehicle. He didn’t even acknowledge me! whatzupwithat?
